Terms of payment:

All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions:
I´m generally selling worldwide. The only limitations are closed postal routes to some countries. It is not possible to send letter mail from Czech Republic or Austria to the countries that are actualy not listed in my selling area. It is possible to send parcels to some of them. If you are from the country that I actually do not sell to, do not hesitate to ask me for actual situation and delivery possibilities.

I´m using Czech post as standard delivery option. I´m using commemorative stamps for paying postage in this case. If you are interested in using stamps according to your wish, do not hesitate to ask me. Please note, that it is not possible to send valuable (insured) letter to some countries. Shipping will be done in declared 7 days from payment for this delivery option.

I´m travelling once a month to Austria and I also offer delivery with Austrian post. I´m using cheaper tariff for sending big amount of unregistered items outside of Austria in this case. It is not possible to use stamps with this tariff, only postmark, indicating that postage is payed. Letters to Austria will be payed with stamps and can be also sent as registered letters. Shipping will be done in 30 days from payment for this delivery option.

Shipping as standard (not registered) letter is always on the risk of buyer.
All prices for shipping are for 50 g letter with maximal dimensions 16x22,5x0,5 cm.
The Delcame fee tamplates doesn´t offer so many delivery options, that I´m using, so please always contact me to create correct invoice. I´m always sending all items to one buyer in one letter. If you are buying many items it can happen that final letter will be too heavy or to large. The price for postage will be slightly higher than listed in this case, but definitely lower than sending items in separate letters.

I always invoice 2,5 EUR handling fee for one purchase.

I offer discounts from handling fee according to the payment method:
