1912-24 2Â½d Indigo-blue (the 1920 toned paper) Wmk Cypher, Spec N21(15), never hinged mint with two Royal Philatelic Soc. certificates, one a copy for the original block 4, another original certificate for this stamp states â€˜Stamp is rather tonedâ€™ which appears a little harsh to us (evidenced by the fact it wasn't mentioned on the previous certificate), the gum a little creamy. Cat Â£7000.
