OUTSTANDING WORLD COLLECTION TO 1928 IN BOTH VOLUMES OF THE SG 'IDEAL' ALBUM - 'Foreign Countries / Vol I to 1914' and 'Vol II from 1915'. Each large album is in lovely condition and each is particularly well- filled with very few pages without stamps, many 'classic' issues seen such as the Afghanistan large Tiger Heads, Austria & Lombardy imperfs, the German state imperfs, Belgian 'Epaulettes', Bolivia Condor imperfs, Brazil 60r 'Bulls Eye', China 1873 Large Dragons (several), Cuba, Dominican Rep. 1865 Medio Real (genuine, from position 2 - these stamps are very scarce!) & other imperfs, Dutch Indies, Ecuador imperfs, and so on. Too many highlights to list, French, German, Spanish, Italian colonies, all corners of the philatelic map well- represented incl valuable stamps, close inspection recommended to fully appreciate the depth of this collection which must have taken a lifetime to build (approx Vol I with 12,000+ stamps. Vol II with 8000+ stamps, so 20,000+ stamps in all)
