Specific conditions:

Tous les objets mis en vente dans ma "boutique" Delcampe proviennent des collections que j'ai pu faire depuis que je suis adolescent, depuis la fin des années 50 : BD, modèles réduits, cartes postales, briquets, pipes, tire-bouchons...

Ils sont tous d'origine et en état bon ou correct bien que, comme pour toute chose et tout individu, le temps a fait son oeuvre. Et l'usage aussi, parfois !

Propriété intellectuelle :

Les reproductions digitalisées des images ou des objets ne sont présentées avec l'offre que dans un but indicatif permettant d'apprécier l'état et la qualité de ceux-ci. En aucun cas, elles ne doivent être réutilisées même partiellement. Les personnes physiques ou morales qui en ont la propriété intellectuelle (concepteurs, dessinateurs, photographes, éditeurs, ayant-droits...), conservent l'intégralité de leur propriété et de leurs droits.

Respect de la vie privée :

Sur certains scans, afin d'en protéger la confidentialité, les noms propres ou les informations personnelles sont parfois rayés. Ces rayures, bien évidemment, ne sont ajoutées que sur l'image numérisée, et, bien évidemment, n'ont pas été portées sur la carte ou l'objet réel.
