Bijzonderheden:
In het centrum van Oelegem (naast het huidige kerkhof) werd in 1846 deze stenen bergmolen voor het malen van graan opgericht. In 1943 werd hij als monument geklasseerd, maar de molen stond toen al stil. Bovendien liep hij tijdens WO 2 oorlogsschade op. In 1962 was een uitwendige restauratie dan ook hoogst noodzakelijk. Dit kon niet beletten dat de molen verder in verval raakte en op den duur moest worden onttakeld. Op deze kaart wordt nog vermeld dat er sprake is van een romp, maar gelukkig werd de molen intussen maalvaardig gerestaureerd. In 1998 werd de molen ingehuldigd na een langdurige en ingrijpende restauratie. De molenkuip kreeg hierbij een rode kleur.
