- In redelijke staat; de kaart heeft aan de linkerkant een kreuk; (beschreven aan de achterzijde, zie verso)

Bijzonderheden:
Bemerk de roeden van deze molen, die op deze kaart nog niet zijn gestroomlijnd volgens het wieksysteem Dekker. Deze wiekverbetering werd pas aangebracht in 1968.
De laatste molenaar was Gerard Billiet.
