Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, as publisher of Czech postage stamps, issued on June 20, 2012 edition of the master stamp with a face value of "E" in width.

Defective print this mark is that the publisher "own stamp" this value oriented portrait!

Specialized "CATALOG own stamps Czech Republic (2012-2015)" on page 25 lists the definition of "defective (bad) print" as follows: "postal stamps with a gross error in one of the hallmarks incurred during the preparation of printing forms or during preparation for printing mistake (error) manufacturer duly put into postal operations or public sale; its nature, a product that should be normally controlled to detect and reject; generally be to accept that such weak products for any of the features of the mark ... ".

As further reported in the catalog (citation, page 25):

In 2014, occurred in two issues of its own stamps intended for private customers to disregard the above Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic by the state enterprise Czech Post. He issued in violation of the above pattern (on the Czech Post cited a "pattern 3") marks the nominal value of the "E" of the landscape, but the sign of the value of a portrait!

The postal historical or "just" philatelic terms does not matter whether it happened omission, negligence or intent in approving documents in a written order (and subsequent inspections appearance of leaves, or initialling sample prints before starting his own production of the ordered goods), the result is the emergence of yet rarest of defective prints Czech postage stamps in the period between 1993 and 2014.
