Includes a good selection of Post Office related topics and announcements e.g. "Postal Stamp Fraud" (1898), "The Telephone" (1877), "Postal Reforms" (1869), "Halfpenny Postage Labels" (1870), "Books of Postage Stamps" (1904) etc, mostly from 19th century newspapers.
