Stamp information: Revolutionary fighter Hoang The Thien was born Luu Van Thi on October 20, 1922 in Hai Phong city. Having participated in revolutionary activities since 1940 and fought on many decisive battlefields, he made great contributions to the cause of national independence and reunification, construction and defense, as well as his fulfillment of international obligations. He earned several esteemed awards from the Government, including the Ho Chi Minh Order and two first-class Military Exploit Orders. In honor of his service to the country, the Ministry of Information and Communications issues the stamp set “Revolutionary fighter Hoang The Thien (1922-1995)” including 01 stamp with the face value of 4,000 VND: - Stamp size: 43 x 32 (mm). - FDC size: 190 x 110 (mm). - Designer: Ms. Vuong Anh Nguyet.
