TTo contribute to the renovation and diversification of traffic safety propaganda, the Ministry of Information and Communications in collaboration with the National Traffic Safety Committee issues 03 stamp sets with the theme of Road traffic safety in the year 2020, 2021 and 2022, thereby propagating and raising awareness of the observance of the Road Traffic Law in the community and conveying messages from the 12 golden rules of traffic safety in the #3,500 Lives Traffic Safety Campaign.
The stamp set "Road traffic safety (1st set)" was issued on September 5, 2020 and the stamp set "Road traffic safety (2nd set)" was issued on September 5, 2021.
The stamp set “Road traffic safety (3rd set)”, consisting of 04 stamps with the face values of 4,000 VND; 4,000 VND; 4,000 VND and 6,000 VND, sends the messages: “Slow down for kids”; “Check your tyres”; “Always pay attention”; “Check your vision”.
