To honor and promote the values of Vietnamese culinary culture, the Ministry of Information and Communications issues 03 stamp sets with the theme of Vietnamese cuisine to introduce typical famous dishes of the North, Central and South areas of Viet Nam:
- The first "Vietnamese Cuisine" stamp set (issued on October 10, 2020) introduces: Rice noodle soup with chicken, Rolled Pho, Vermicelli and grilled chopped meat, Vermicelli and chicken noodle soup.
- The second "Vietnamese Cuisine" stamp set (issued on December 25, 2021) introduces: Nghe An eel vermicelli soup, Hue beef noodle soup, Quang noodle soup, Gia Lai-styled dried Pho.
- The third stamp set "Vietnamese Cuisine" is this time, with consists of 4 stamps with the face values of 4,000 VND; 4,000 VND; 4,000 VND and 19,000 VND, introducing: Sizzling crepe, Vietnamese bread, Broken rice, Vietnamese mini shrimp pancake.
