1966-83 MINT COLLECTION majority in complete sets, we note 1967 Birds, 1974 Minerals and 1978 Birds defins sets, 1976-7 Minerals surcharges almost complete for types I & II, also incl. 1p on 1r with surcharge at bottom left, commemoratives largely complete 1966 Independence to 1980 Folk Tales - note 1977 Diminishing Species set, plus a few later sets, also incl. most miniature sheets from the period with 1972 Runner Post MS.
