SPECIAL DELIVERY 1935-79 POSTAL HISTORY COLLECTION of mail, written up and housed in an album, most covers with a Special Delivery stamp used as franking or part franking, we see 1935 20c "Allegory of Progress" x5 plus Russian bank note with same allegory design, 1938-9 10c green x22 incl. censored cover, postage due cover and censored postcard sent to USA, 20c x3 incl. first day cover, 1939 10c on 20c x10 incl. first day use, 1942-3 10c green x12 plus plate block of 4, 16c or 17c x17, 1946 10c x10. Also includes a number of covers sent via Special Delivery but with postage stamps used to make up correct rate. Majority of covers are commercial use, mixed condition though many covers good to fine (over 90 covers + 16 stamps + 2 plate blocks ).
