LISBON to GLOUCESTER (ENGLAND) (cover from Edward Thomas Michell sent by the British Post Office in Lisbon, explaining that he was present in the defense of Tarifa in January 1812 during the French bombing and is now on board of a War ship in Lisbon to travel from there to the interior of the peninsula and deliver personally to Lord Wellington the letters entrusted to him by General Campbell.
