Kontrollratsausgabe 10 Pfg. als Zehnfachfrankatur von 24 Werten, entwertet mit Bahnpoststempel "MANNHEIM-KARLSRUHE Zug 3545 22.6.48", auf senkrecht mittig gefaltetem Fensterbrief mit Farbbestimmung Stumm Arge Kontrollrat als Mi.Nr. 946 a I. Des Weiteren ist 10 Pfg. als Zehnfachfrankatur von 23 Werten (einer rückseitig), entwertet "(16) FRANKFURT (MAIN) 2 17.7.48", zusammen mit je einer 2 und 8 Pfg. auf etwas stockigem Brief nach Waldgirmes bei Wetzlar, mit "Nachgebühr"-Stempel und mit Farbbestimmung Stumm Arge Kontrollrat al Mi.Nr, 946 a II. Einige Werte sind, wie üblich, mit kleinen Fehlern.
