KGV CONTROLS useful accumulation of these popular items, we see Downey Heads with mint singles of 1d "A 11" and redrawn ½d & 1d "B 12" (from obvious different plates), also corner strips of three of ½d "B 12" (x2, in perf types 2 & 2A) and 1d "B 12" (x5), good range of watermark Royal Cypher ½d, 1d, 1½d & 2d controls, note better ½d "S 21" & "S 22" 1d "U 22" also see some higher values 3d (x5), 4d, 10d "G 15" & "O 19" & 1s "U 22". Lot also includes small range of Block Cypher controls, few KEVII ½d & 1d and a few other oddments.
