AIR LETTER LOCAL SURCHARGES 1951 (10 Sept) cover from Isle of Man to Colwyn Bay bearing B.E.A. 6d, 11d and 1s4d labels - the 6d with value obliterated by small "7d." label, the 1s4d handstamped "Plus 2d" - tied by "B.E.A. / 10 SEP 1951 / ISLE OF MAN / A" violet cancel; alongside GB 2½d KGVI tied by Liverpool slogan pmk.
