Bladen uit Prestigeboekje (PR11). Bevat naast de Nederlandse zegel ook duitse meerkleurige zegel in het kader van gezamelijke uitgave met Duitsland. In tegenstelling tot de geheel fluoriserende Duitse zegel (Michel nr. 2550) heeft deze versie een L-vormige fosforbalk.
Twee weken na verschijnen heeft Duitsland de Nederlandse versie van hun zegel ongeldig verklaard. Nederland heeft de zegels op 11 juli 2006 uitgeven en vanaf 11 augustus 2006 geldig verklaard voor binnenlands gebruik. Echter in zeer beperkte oplage waardoor het vel zeldzaam is. Verder bevat de aanbieding ook het vel met info over Saskia van Uylenburg, de jong gestorven vrouw van Rembrandt.
Door de bijzondere omstandigheden is de zegel niet opgenomen in postzegel abonnementen.
