SOBREYv 1(2), 2(2). 1859. 5 cent blue (Plate IV, position 26-27), pair and 10 cent red (Plate V, position 5 and 60), two stamps, all complete margins. AMSTERDAM to BERLIN (GERMANY). Cancelled with AMSTERDAM datestamp, on front postmark ONTOEREIKEND in red (Insufficient Franking), pen handwritten "17 w" and manuscript dues "20" (cent) and "10" (sgr), on reverse transit EMMERICH / OBERHAUSEN and arrival, the letter was too heavy and was treated as unpaid in Germany.
