BRITISH COMMONWEALTH COLLECTION in a spring-back album plus a stock book with the collector's spares and items not yet added, the album includes Gibraltar with QEII issues in complete sets, note 1960-2 defins mint/NHM, 1967-9 Ships defins NHM, Cyprus note KGVI 1pi P12½x13½ used, 1955-60 QEII defins mint set, GB with 1840 1d black used, QEII mint Wildings to top values (unchecked, but appears to be four different issues from wmk Tudor Crown), Australia with 1935 Silver Jubilee set mint, KGVI to 10s & £1 mint, New Zealand range with odd better stamp seen, Cape of Good Hope 1d, 4d, 6d & 1s triangles - all presentable examples, the 1d with rarely encountered dated c.d.s. cancel, stronger range of South Africa, we note lots of bilingual pairs with 1933-6 Voortrekker Memorial set used, mint JIPEX sheets, 1938 Voortrekker Cent. set used, 1939 Huguenots set mint, 1947-54 1s defin in better "3 66" cylinder block of 4, STOCK BOOK has a useful range of Gibraltar with better mint QV & KGV values, 1935 Silver Jubilee mint set, mint KGVI defins to 10s with additional perfs of 2s & 5s, 1982 Aircraft defins NHM set, 1963 to 1978 South Africa and Isle of Man. Mixed condition, some stamps in album affected by toning, but should be good value at lower estimate and make an ideal lot to sort through (many 100s).
